IMPROVING ACCESSIBILITY OF PRIMARY CARE DELIVERY THROUGH E-VISITS: THEORY AND APPLICATIONS

Description: The problems of performance evaluation, design, continuous improvement and applications will be investigated for primary care clinics with e-visits. First, analytical investigations will be carried out for systems at both clinic and office visit levels. Second, we will combine both studies to investigate workforce configuration, operation protocol, and analyze system bottlenecks. Finally, the results of theoretical studies will be applied on the clinic floor.
