CQPI Research

Since its creation in 1985, the Center for Quality and Productivity Improvement has developed a range of new techniques for improving the quality of products and processes. The areas of expertise of the Center have expanded, and the domains of research now include industrial, service, governmental, health care, educational, and social organizations.
